Making A Purchase  Making a jewellery purchase is simple. Just browse our store on the Handmade Dichroic Jewellery Page of Colour Confident's website, and add the items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Payment  We accept payment by Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to use this option. Arrangements can also be made to pay by personal cheque in GBP only - please contact us separately if you would like to use this method of payment.

Confirmation of Order  When confirmation of your order is sent to you this is to show that we have received your order, it does not mean there is a contract between us. We indicate acceptance of your order, when there is a contract between us, when we send your invoice. We have included this extra term as items are unique and in case we are no longer able to supply a particular product on the website.

Shipping And Handling  Goods are delivered by Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded delivery. For locations other than the UK please contact us separately for shipping costs. We normally send your order to you within 2 business days. International orders will take longer.

Guarantee  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full money back guarantee on the purchase price of the item (not the postage) once it is returned to us (contact details above)
